Upgrade to Pro or Team

Section titled “Upgrade to Pro or Team”
  1. Click the “Upgrade” button in the sidebar (visible on Free plan).
  2. Select the plan you want (Pro or Team).
  3. Enter your payment details.
  4. After payment, your plan is upgraded immediately.

Managing Your Subscription

Section titled “Managing Your Subscription”

To cancel, switch plans, or update your payment method:

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Click “Manage Subscription”.
  3. You are redirected to the Stripe billing portal.

Status Pages

Section titled “Status Pages”

Available on all plans (Free: 1, Pro and Team: unlimited). Create a public status page to share uptime with your users.

Go to Settings → Status Pages to create one.

API Keys

Section titled “API Keys”

Available on Pro and Team plans (Pro: up to 5 keys, Team: unlimited). Use API keys to authenticate programmatic access to your PingRoot data.

Go to Settings → API Keys to generate and manage your keys.

Delete Your Account

Section titled “Delete Your Account”
  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Scroll to the “Delete Account” section.
  3. Click Delete Account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog.
