Upgrade to Pro or Team
Section titled “Upgrade to Pro or Team”- Click the “Upgrade” button in the sidebar (visible on Free plan).
- Select the plan you want (Pro or Team).
- Enter your payment details.
- After payment, your plan is upgraded immediately.

Managing Your Subscription
Section titled “Managing Your Subscription”To cancel, switch plans, or update your payment method:
- Click Settings in the sidebar.
- Click “Manage Subscription”.
- You are redirected to the Stripe billing portal.
Status Pages
Section titled “Status Pages”Available on all plans (Free: 1, Pro and Team: unlimited). Create a public status page to share uptime with your users.
Go to Settings → Status Pages to create one.
API Keys
Section titled “API Keys”Available on Pro and Team plans (Pro: up to 5 keys, Team: unlimited). Use API keys to authenticate programmatic access to your PingRoot data.
Go to Settings → API Keys to generate and manage your keys.
Delete Your Account
Section titled “Delete Your Account”- Click Settings in the sidebar.
- Scroll to the “Delete Account” section.
- Click Delete Account.
- Confirm in the dialog.
